Blackcurrant Cordial

The Sunny South East of Ireland is perfect for growing soft fruit. Wexford is particularly known for its delicious blackcurrants. We don’t mess with perfection.

Unfortunately, we find ourselves in the position of not being able to purchase enough Wexford blackcurrants so occasionally, our Blackcurrant cordial will be made with Polish blackcurrants.

This cordial tastes as close to blackcurrants straight off the bushes as you can get. A Great Taste judge said “This has a beautiful colour, rich and dark from the blackcurrants, and has a vibrantly fresh aroma of the fruit. Cordials can be very sweet, but this isn’t. Another said “The natural fruity acidity is authentic, naturally rich and naturally loaded with good fruit. Well made, well done.”
